Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review detailed shop drawings and coordination drawings
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and regulations
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams on technical issues
- Develop quantity take-offs, technical reports, and material submittals
- Support project managers in resolving design and execution challenges
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical office roles within construction or architecture firms
- Deep expertise in shop drawings, design coordination, and technical submittals
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- Excellent knowledge of building codes, standards, and technical specifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
