Job Description
The Technical Office Engineer – Landscape is responsible for the accurate preparation, thorough review, and effective coordination of all landscape-related shop drawings in accordance with project specifications. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring high-quality deliverables and facilitating seamless on-site execution in landscape construction projects.
- Prepare, develop, and review detailed shop drawings for all landscape project phases, ensuring alignment with IFC and design drawings.
- Coordinate drawings across disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP) to eliminate conflicts and ensure full integration.
- Oversee the submission and approval process with consultants and follow up until final approval.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings for:(Hardscape elements - Softscape elements)
- Technical Office Support: Assist in the preparation of technical documents including submittals, specifications, and material schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited university.
- 3–5 years of solid experience in a similar role, specifically in landscape construction projects.
- Proven ability to develop complete IFC and shop drawing packages independently.
