Job Description
- Review and prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings in accordance with project specifications and standards.
- Perform quantity surveying, including take-offs and material estimation based on project drawings and BOQs.
- Coordinate between different disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) and resolve clashes or conflicts.
- Provide technical support to the project site and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Participate in the preparation and submission of RFIs, material submittals, and other technical documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical office engineering, preferably within reputable contracting or consulting companies.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and planning tools (e.g., Primavera or MS Project).
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
