Job Description

Sales Account Manager
Company:  (Orcas)
Location: Cairo ,Zamalek
Type: Full-time: 10 am - 7 pm
Experience: 0-2 years of sales experience
Language: Proficient in English

About Us: Orcas provides K-12 students of international and national school systems in MENA with 1-to-1 learning experiences to help with school work. 

Key Responsibilities: As a Sales and Account Manager at Orcas, you will be an integral part of our growth strategy by effectively managing clients, nurturing relationships, and driving sales performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviving Retention Clients: Engage with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized support to ensure their continued satisfaction and utilization of our services throughout the school year.
  • Converting Marketing Leads: Communicate with potential customers who have expressed interest in our offerings, presenting the value of our solutions, and converting them into paid users.
  • Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently work towards achieving your daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve inquiries and issues from assigned users, providing timely and efficient solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with users to ensure they are deriving maximum value from our services, and encourage their renewal for subsequent terms.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell multiple subjects and packages to your user base, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs and expanding their engagement.

 


 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Sales-Driven: A strong passion for sales, coupled with a competitive spirit and a desire to exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Enthusiastic: An energetic and positive attitude and an enthusiasm for education technology and its potential to transform learning.
  • Good English: Very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling you to effectively interact with diverse clients and team members.
  • 0-2 Years of Sales Experience: While prior sales experience is an advantage, we also encourage recent graduates with a passion for sales and education to apply.
