Job Description
- Design the basic rewards structure in Centro (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc..) aligned with the Centro culture and corporate values.
- Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity.
- Identify trends and implement new practices.
- Set the compensation strategy for Centro.
- Research employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data).
- Renew compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
- Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans.
- Represent the total rewards team in all compensation matters, such as market midpoint analysis, the structure of local incentive plan designs and the support of the global bonus program process
- Partner with the HR team and leadership on the review of all reward packages
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
- Works with Senior Management to ensure the C&B programs support Centro’s business objective and meet legal requirements all over the company sites.
- Revamping the grading structures and creating salary surveys.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the same industry
- Experience in a large multinational company is helpful
- A strong knowledge of Job Evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies is essential
- Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and Excel skills are essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail is required for this role
- Solid knowledge of local Egyptian social and labor laws
- Ability to adapt and operate in an international environment
- High resiliency and very good communication skills
