Job Description
- Supervise daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Manage and lead a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
- Monitor product expiration dates and manage the process of stock rotation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage conditions for pharmaceuticals
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor and manage the pharmacy budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in pharmacy operations management with at least 5-7 years in a supervisory .
