Job Description

RUSHBRUSH, INC. is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with great experience and knowledge to join our growing company. 

  • Responsible for the overall digital marketing strategy of our brands.
  • Align the Marketing team’s objectives with RUSHBRUSH’s Mission, Vision, and Strategic Objectives, and make sure they are cascaded to team members.
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Measure, monitor, and report the performance of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to conversion rate performance, ROI, and insights of all marketing channels.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, including but not limited to the content cycle process.
  • Be up-to-update with all new technologies and techniques.
  • Continuously develop the workflow process to accommodate business needs.
  • Involve in the products’ pricing, offers, and discount planning.
  • Identify target audiences, analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and market analysis to develop marketing plans with specific objectives and goals across different channels and segments, in order to build successful marketing strategies.
  • Achieve required sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports to the management.
  • Any other Task that the Manager requires.

Job Requirements

Knowledge:

  • Master’s degree (MBA/ CIM) in marketing or business field, or technical education related to Digital Performance and analysis
  • From 5 to 10 years of experience in a managerial position in the digital marketing field.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Google certified.
  • Facebook certified (professional level).
