Job Description
- Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives
- Researching and analysing data to create sales forecasts
- Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
- Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and KPIs
- Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with Sales Representatives
- Maintain a detailed understanding of existing sales processes and identify areas open to process improvement
- Implement new processes, educating sales operators and teams on how best to utilize new tools and methods
- Directly assist teams developing high-value clients
Job Requirements
- 2:5 year of experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
