Job Description
We are seeking to hire "Recruitment Specialist - Blue Collars" for one of our clients based in #October.
- Handle all the recruitment processes for blue collars starting from screening of C.Vs, selecting potential candidates for initial interviews and preparing shortlists for the accepted ones.
- Advertising all vacancies through various media channels and outlets.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Scheduling technical interviews for shortlisted candidates with Line Managers and communicating it accordingly.
- Manage on boarding and new hire process
Job Requirements
- Experience min. 1 year in mass hiring.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
