Job Description
- Conducts daily rounds to ensure all reception areas are working smoothly and properly
- Assists Team Leader and seniors in their needs to avoid leaving the Reception Counter or providing a reliever to man the counter.
- Checks and audit daily on cash transactions in the receptions as to documentation and cash balance.
- Supervise team leader and senior also receptionists in the outpatient areas
- Participates in the Quality Improvement Programs such as establishing indicators and functions for the Receptionists in collaboration with concerning departments
- Secure the Reception Area's office supplies & hospital official forms used by Receptionist are complete.
- Support and cover all duties in case we have shortage
- Audit on all duties inside Department
- Audit on Discount. Cancellation. Revisit Cards to insure all following the process.
Job Requirements
- BC. Degree in any related discipline
- From (5-7) years of experience
- Effective performance requires a good understanding of clerical procedures and policies as well as an understanding of the operations, procedures and policies of the functional area.
- Good knowledge of accounting practices in a healthcare or chain of hotels.
- Good English skills also required. Expertise in good dealing with patients and colleagues
- Must have integrity, initiative, evidence of good health and grooming.
- Good moral character and right conduct, strong and pleasing personality.
- Participates actively in organization-wide activities without hesitance or personal reservation.
- Can adapt to unusual job-related circumstances.
- Works effectively under stressful condition.
- Willing to work extended hours when there is rush of patients in OPD.
