Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify potential clients in North America.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and pain points.
- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to Sales Managers and Business Development Managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Apollo.io and HubSpot CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including client touch points, opportunities generated, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position ByGrit’s solutions.
- Actively contribute to team meetings, providing feedback and sharing successful outreach strategies.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar outbound sales or SDR role.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Resilience, drive, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and strategies.
- Tools: Familiarity with Apollo.io, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
