Job Description

Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals (e.g., doctors, pharmacists, hospital staff).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to follow up on product usage and satisfaction.
Provide detailed product information, answer technical questions, and educate medical staff about proper product usage.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Organize and attend conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
Submit timely reports on sales activities, territory performance, and customer interactions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, medical research, and product innovations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role (1–3 years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
Must Be ( science or veterinary or pharmacy) graduates
Preferred to be ( vascular - plastic surgery experience)
