Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital advertising.
  • Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand business goals and translate them into effective advertising strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of digital advertising best practices and process improvements within the team.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with campaign management tools such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver campaigns within allocated resources.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance measurement.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous professional development.
