Performance Creative Strategist
Job Description:
Write creative briefs for the designer and video editor, work with them to bring the creatives to life.
Join weekly syncs with media buyers.
Strong copywriting skills for short form, performance driven content, including ad image headlines, video scripts, and landing page texts.
Draft image concepts, and layout ideas for landing pages.
Define creative emotional and rational angles to test (e.g., fear of missing out, ease of use, testimonials, transformation, value-for-money, etc.).
Identify what resources are needed (UGC, testimonials, VO, stock footage, etc.) and work with internal ops to source them.
Assign tasks to the designer and video editor.
Review creative drafts, give clear feedback, and ensure final output is aligned with the concept and optimized for Media buying.
Iterate and evolve creatives based on performance.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Experienced in creating content for performance marketing and digital advertising, with a focus on KSA and GCC markets.
Understanding of color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and ad creative best practices.
Understanding of performance metrics and how creative impacts results.
Strong scripting/writing skills for short-form content.
Visual storytelling intuition, understands what works visually in fast-scrolling feeds.
Excellent coordination and creative feedback skills.
Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, YouTube, etc. ad formats and best practices.
Working knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
Ability to make simple edits to visuals or video assets when needed (not a primary responsibility).
