Job Description
A leading company that provides freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import services on behalf of clients is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join its dynamic team.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Keep record of sales trends
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding and customs clearance.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong ability to meet monthly sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license (owning a car is a plus).
- Proficiency in using computer applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel).
- Professional attitude and punctuality.Residing near the New Nozha Area, Cairo.
