  • Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Manage administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, supplies procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and confidential information with discretion.
  • Monitor office budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Liaise with management and other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the office.
  • Management hr tools and data for team members

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management & administration & managing staff.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising staff.
