Job Description
- Arrange to receive shipping docs from the supplier.
- Track shipments.
- Coordinate work with the shipping company
- Follow up on the new customs clearance system with suppliers
- Arrange work with a customs clearance department
- Arrange with other departments (Accounting) to integrate logistics with the customs clearance dept. by issuing some papers to banks
- Ensuring that all the operations that have been implemented are done promptly to ensure that there are no problems and delays
- Collaborate with colleagues to get any shipping documents needed from the project consultant
- Update PO. Project Tracker.
- Coordinate upcoming shipments with the warehouse to make sure there is available space for the goods.
- Maintain document records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or any other related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Supply Chain field.
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Very Good in English
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Reporting skills.
- Confidentiality.
