Job Description
- Handle the entire procurement cycle, including identifying needs, requesting quotations, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, import/export regulations, and international trade laws.
- Review and verify all procurement-related documents such as purchase requisitions, POs, contracts, and vendor invoices.
- Follow up on shipment schedules and resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or shortages.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of purchases, supplier performance, delivery times, and prices.
- Stay up to date with market trends, global trade developments, and changes in customs/import regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage procurement documentation effectively.
- Knowledge of MTs, Incoterms, NAZFA, HS codes, and import clearance procedures is required.
