Job Summary:
The Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing effective plans to ensure the timely availability of materials, resources, or products. This role involves forecasting demand, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with various departments, and optimizing schedules to meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales forecasts, historical data, and trends to develop accurate planning strategies.
• Create and manage production, supply, or project plans based on business requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials or products are available to meet demand.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, warehouse, and production teams to ensure alignment.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and recommend contingency plans.
• Prepare regular reports on planning performance, inventory status, and KPI tracking.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials/products while optimizing costs and minimizing waste.
• Use planning tools or ERP systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Continuously improve planning processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Previous experience in a planning or coordination role (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
