Job Description
- Enter and maintain accurate data related to purchasing, inventory, and logistics in Excel sheets and ERP systems.
- Support the Supply Chain team by ensuring up-to-date records of stock movements, purchase orders, and supplier data.
- Verify data consistency and assist in generating weekly and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with other departments (procurement, warehouse, production) to ensure smooth data flow.
- Organize and archive digital and physical documents as per company standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data input, formatting, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).
- High typing speed with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with supply chain or inventory systems is a plus.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
