Job Description
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems (QMS) in line with food industry regulations and company standards.
- Supervise and coordinate quality control processes for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Manage internal and external audits, including documentation and corrective actions.
- Oversee HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other food safety standards across operations.
- Develop and update quality procedures, manuals, and records.
- Investigate product complaints and non-conformance issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and communicate key indicators to management.
- Train and lead the QA team in daily inspections and compliance activities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for local and international inspections.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Solid knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with quality control tools, statistical process control (SPC), and documentation systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Sadat City is preferred.
