Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (production/mechanical/chemistry or equivalent.
- Or bachelor's degree of science (major chemistry).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
- Ability to use production management and performance tracking software (such as MES or KPI Dashboards).
- Leading and motivating large teams.
- Strategic thinking and long-term planning.
- Effective decision-making under pressure.
- Ability to analyze data and take corrective action.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly disciplined, organized, and able to follow details.
