Position: Architectural Team Leader
- Open Day Date: 28th June 2025 - Saturday
- Time: 9 AM to 5 PM
- Address: Plot 37, Southern Investors, Vitali Mall, 2nd Floor, New Cairo
Job Description
- Implements specific architectural works in accordance with the work program of a project, or as requested.
- Organizes and supervises the work engineers allocated to him and provides support and/or advice to project teams, as applicable.
- Responsible for efficient and effective design of architectural works, preparation of drawings, contract documents, etc.
- Verifies that all designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards.
- Liaises as directed with consulting engineers, and/or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.
- Undertakes special project assignments as required.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- 12 to 15 years of experience
- Excellent Revit / Auto Cad
- Advanced English Language
- Advanced level of Leadership
- Excellent communication and team-player skills.
- Ability to transfer knowledge to others in the design and preparation of drawings, specifications and estimates to use in the course of design.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form.
- Good knowledge of Architectural design standards
