Job Description
- Follow up development of the local parts.
- Test the initial samples for local parts.
- Follow up testing for trial batch.
- Determine the target prices for the local parts.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the local parts pricing.
- Constant interaction with production, Quality & Supply chain teams to ensure inward quality of the local parts
- Contact OEM for providing part specifications and drawings.
- Coordinate closely with OEM’s for the approval process.
- Contact local supplier for Development of parts, approval process till mass production·
- Establish and maintain quality control standards for localized products.
- Conduct frequent quality inspections and audits to ensure products meet local requirements.
- Closely interact with Quality control and production teams on local part quality standard.
Job Requirements
| Educational Requirements: B.Sc. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering/Material science Engineer / Quality Engineer | |
| Special Certification or Training Required: Lean Six Sigma Certificate (preferable) | |
| Required Industry Experience: 3-5 years | |
| Technological Requirements: | Command over engineering drawing both Isometric / 2D & 3D |
| Language Requirements: Very good English language | |
