Job Description
- Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit them to the project team.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues or delays.
- Manage labor and material resources effectively to minimize wastage.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
- Interpret engineering drawings and provide guidance to the workforce.
- Handle documentation such as site logs, inspection records, and quality checklists.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision or execution.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management tools, AutoCAD, MS Office, and scheduling software (Primavera or MS Project is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Valid professional license or certification (if required by local regulations).
