Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at a leading real estate development company. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in overseeing all Mechanical aspects of our residential and commercial building projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify mechanical design submissions from consultants.
- Ensure all designs meet project requirements, local codes.
- Develop and prepare technical specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Create and manage comprehensive vendor lists for all Mechanical packages.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
- Evaluate and recommend efficient systems and value engineering alternatives.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Owner Background
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in mechanical design and coordination (real estate sector preferred).
- Strong understanding of local authority regulations and Egyptian codes.
- Proficient in reviewing shop drawings, specs, and tender documents.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
