Job Description
- Provide technical support to the sales team in fire fighting system solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and propose appropriate fire fighting products and solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, specifications, and BOQs based on project needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Assist in preparing tenders, submittals, and compliance statements.
- Stay updated with local and international fire protection standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop optimal solutions.
- Support the business development team in identifying new opportunities.
- Respond to technical inquiries from clients and provide necessary clarifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
- +2 years of experience in MEP and fire fighting systems.
- Strong knowledge of fire fighting system components, NFPA standards, and local regulations.
- Experience in preparing technical submittals, proposals, and BOQs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales and engineering teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
