Job Description
- Process Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.

Job Requirements
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar fields) is often required.
- Advanced certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) are highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledge of process simulation software, data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Tableau), and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and standards.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
- Leadership qualities to guide cross-functional teams and drive cultural change.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on critical thinking and creativity.
- Tools:
