Job Description
- Implement managerial instructions and orders to meet the desired production output.
- Conduct thorough analysis of the production process to ensure the optimal use of resources (raw materials, machinery, and manpower).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure proper documentation management in compliance with SHE and ISO standards.
- Provide technical support to the production team and, if necessary, to other plant technical teams.
- Facilitate technical training for staff and workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Lead risk assessments within the production division to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with production supervisors and team members to discuss production performance and individual contributions.
- Monitoring waste rates, production scrap analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste
9. Perform periodic inventory checks to control waste and material usage variances.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical/Production or Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent Industry Certification.
- 1-2 years as a Manufacturing/Industrial/Process Engineer, with shop floor background.
- Fluency in both spoken & written English.
- Knowledge and exposure to SAP, or equivalent ERP system Statistical Process Control/Six Sigma.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple tasks-Efficient time management
- Parametric (3D) CAD Knowledge / exposure CAM Knowledge is preferred.
- Experienced use of Microsoft Applications.
