Job Description
- Manage workshop operations, which include organizing, setting up, and optimizing Breadfast production.
- Check all Breadfast production machines and utilize the technical knowledge effectively to maximize productivity and profit.
- Optimize Breadfast production lines' efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
- Ensure that all Breadfast product specifications and customer requirements are adhered to Breadfast quality standards.
- Develop and introduce new methods and ways to enhance the production lines' productivity.
- Make sure Breadfast production is cost-effective and feasible for the organization.
- Monitor the day-to-day operations in addition to supervising the technical staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory of tools, machinery, supplies, parts, and related equipment.
- Set the training requirements and monitor their effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior production Engineer
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical,…)
