Job Description
- Production planning/scheduling for manufacturing
- Handle day-to-day production issues
- Ensuring that strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team
- Communicate closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement
- Lead, train and guide the production team
- Develop, implement, manage & fulfil key performance indicators (KPIs) including: On-Time Delivery, Manufacturing Cycle Time, Yield, Capacity Utilization, Energy Cost & others.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years in the field of sheet metal manufacturing (punching-shearing-bending-welding).
