Job Description
- Supervise and enhance manufacturing processes to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to uphold production standards.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve product manufacturability.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed production documentation.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure material availability and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in steel structures or formwork.
- Ability to lead and direct work teams and motivate them to achieve goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various parties and manage negotiations successfully.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English, given the potential need for communication in an international work environment.
- Ability to analyze problems and propose effective and timely solutions.
- Proficient in using relevant computer programs for project management and design (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, )
- Relevant professional certifications is preferred.
