Job Description

  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot electromechanical systems, including motors, sensors, control systems, actuators, and PLCs.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and maintenance to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints.
  • Evaluate and select components such as drives, switches, sensors, and pneumatic/hydraulic parts.
  • Prepare technical documentation including operation manuals, maintenance schedules, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for system failures.
  • Assist in procurement and vendor coordination for technical components and assemblies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in electromechanical systems or industrial automation.
  • Strong working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, motor control systems, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Proficient in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and electrical design software.
  • Familiar with industry standards such as IEC, NEC, ISO, or local electrical/mechanical codes.
  • Hands-on experience with testing instruments and diagnostic tools.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in both field and office environments.
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills.
