Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, supervision, and coordination of electromechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and electrical) for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The role requires a detail-oriented engineer capable of managing multiple projects and ensuring high-quality execution aligned with project specifications and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve electromechanical designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines during design and construction phases.
- Supervise site installations and ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical support to resolve issues.
- Evaluate contractors’ work and ensure it aligns with contract terms and project timelines.
- Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and project managers to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5–10 years of proven experience in electromechanical works, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and low-voltage systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and other engineering software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with major real estate developers or large-scale residential/commercial projects.
- Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes.
- PMP or relevant certification is a plus.
