Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic OR Key Account to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with our key retail partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize sales and market share in assigned key retail accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of retail campaigns and promotions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to drive mutual profitability.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
- Resolve any issues or disputes with retail partners promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 Years of experience in the same Position.
- Strong understanding of retail dynamics, preferably with experience handling large retail chains or distributors.
- Proven ability to negotiate deals and influence decision-makers.
- Comfortable with sales data, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with mobile operators, electronics retailers, or consumer tech brands.
