Job Description

  • Assess the organization's current state and identify areas for improvement in processes, structures, and culture.
  • Design and implement organizational development initiatives, including performance management systems, competency frameworks, and change management programs.
  • Facilitate employee engagement surveys and action plans to improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Support talent management efforts, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align team goals with overall organizational strategy.
  • Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions to support organizational change initiatives.
  • Analyze data to evaluate the impact of OD programs and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to introduce innovative solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in OD, HR, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development tools and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure program effectiveness.
