Job Description
- Assess the organization's current state and identify areas for improvement in processes, structures, and culture.
- Design and implement organizational development initiatives, including performance management systems, competency frameworks, and change management programs.
- Facilitate employee engagement surveys and action plans to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Support talent management efforts, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Collaborate with department heads to align team goals with overall organizational strategy.
- Develop and deliver workshops and training sessions to support organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze data to evaluate the impact of OD programs and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to introduce innovative solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in OD, HR, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development tools and methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure program effectiveness.
