Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Promote our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Manpower Planning & Reporting:
- Update and maintain the manpower plan and exit plans.
- Provide monthly recruitment and turnover reports.
- Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Execute annual training needs assessments and support performance appraisals.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition from 3 - 5 years
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Preferred Construction Field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
