Job Requirements
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, HRCI Certifications, and SHRM Certifications is preferred.
- Proven experience of 9+ as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
