Job Description
- Develop strategic policies and programs
- Marketing and handling corporate travel
- Handle and oversee outbound travel arrangements and bookings
- Manage relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and B2B system
- Negotiate contracts or rates with travel service providers
- Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, import/export regulations, etc.
- Communication with Corporate clients or Travel Agencies
- Sales capabilities creating sales plans
- Tailoring, Quoting, and Handling worldwide outgoing packages (accommodation, aviation, visa, tours... etc.)
- Contract new essential Travel Suppliers and Products
- Develop Internal and External tours and Schemes
- Arranging Tailor-Made/ Fixed, Dynamic Outbound Packages.
- Ability to use the website and upload Packages for B2B online systems End customer
- Participate in Planning and launching different products through online channels
- Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
- Responsible for promoting tourism and devising customer development initiatives/campaigns to generate and increase revenue.
- Handle all the domestic groups & individuals
- Global hotel reservations
Job Requirements
- Proven experience i outbound and corporate travel.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations, and customs.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented approach
