Job Description
This role monitors social media performance, optimizes campaigns, ensures platform functionality, and troubleshoots tech issues to enhance online engagement and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Analytics & Strategy
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Hootsuite.
Develop A/B testing strategies for ads and content.
Identify trends and recommend data-backed improvements.
2. IT Support for Digital Platforms
Monitor website/social media tools for technical issues (API errors, downtime).
Troubleshoot CMS (WordPress, Shopify), and automation tools.
Assist with SEO audits, site speed optimization, and security checks.
3. Content & Campaign Optimization
Work with marketing teams to refine targeting, ad spend, and content calendars.
Ensure smooth integration between social media tools and IT systems.
Automate workflows (e.g., chatbots, email/SMS triggers).
4. Reporting & Tech Recommendations
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Suggest new tools/software (e.g., AI analytics, scheduling apps).
Stay updated on social media algorithm changes & trends.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s in Marketing, IT, Data Science, or related field.
3+ years in social media analytics, digital marketing, or IT support.
Technical Skills
Social Tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights.
IT Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, APIs, CMS troubleshooting.
