Ensure customer service standards in order to deliver consistent and superior service. Ensure operation controls and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations to protect the bank’s interests. Manage, motivate and coach the branch staff to achieve desired levels of productivity and competency. Skills And ExperienceGraduation in any discipline. Atleast 3 years experience in Branch Banking.
