The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, managing daily office tasks, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a professional office environment. This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.Job Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, courier services, and office supplies (stationery, pantry items).Schedule and coordinate meetings and events, including booking meeting rooms.Maintain organized records and filing systems.Greet visitors and guide them to the appropriate department or individual.Oversee vehicle management, including allocation, contract renewals, and maintaining related documentation.Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner.Supervise office support staff (office boys, cleaners) to ensure duties are completed effectively and on time.Book travel tickets and coordinate staff travel requirements.Job Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar receptionist and administrative role.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Experience in office vendor coordination and basic facility management is a plus.Familiarity with filing systems, record-keeping, and basic logistics.
