Main Objective:
To provide seamless coordination, efficient communication, and proactive management of the Managing Director’s schedule, tasks, and priorities, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the executive office.
What You Will Do!
Organizing and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, while considering cultural and business practices in KSA.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, preparing and drafting documents, letters, reports, and other business correspondence as required.
Arranging complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visas, ensuring compliance with company’s travel policy.
Managing expense reports and reimbursements in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work.
What You should Do!
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Relevant certifications in office management or administration are a plus.
10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within KSA in Financial Sector.
Must be a native speaker of both Arabic and English.
Familiarity with local business practices is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to create and format documents, generate spreadsheets, and utilize calendar functions effectively.
