Your ability to manage small FIT bookings, oversee small events, and navigate intricate processes is a testament to your expertise.What You’ll Be DoingManage reservations for hotels, restaurants, congress registrations, transportation, and other travel-related services for Fully Independent Travelers (FITs).Oversee the planning and coordination of small-scale events, ensuring all logistics are in place and events run smoothly.Follow specific and highly detailed processes meticulously to meet the account's requirements and maintain high standards of service.Provide dedicated and client-centric support to meet the demands of stakeholders who have exceptionally high expectations.Maintain exceptional organizational skills and a rigorous approach to ensure all travel and event arrangements are executed flawlessly.Must haves(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)Previous experience as a travel agent or similar position, particularly in managing FITs (Fully Independent Travelers) and handling small bookings.Fluency in both English and Arabic, as communication with stakeholders across GCC countries is essential.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSkilled at managing priorities and taking a proactive approach to problem-solvingGreat listening skills and able to digest informationNice to havesProficient in either event management database such as CVENTPrior experience in the event industryAny other language (in addition to Arabic and English What We Bring To The TableA dynamic and inclusive company culture where we work really hard to have the right people doing the right job.
