Job Summary
As a Senior Appointed Person for Lifting Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all lifting operations on site to ensure they are carried out safely and efficiently.
Job Responsibility
Conducting site surveys and risk assessments prior to any lifting operations.
Planning and coordinating lifting activities in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Selecting appropriate lifting equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition.
Providing guidance and supervision to the lifting team during operations.
Maintaining accurate records of all lifting activities and inspections.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as an Appointed Person for Lifting Operations.
Certification as an Appointed Person (lifting operations) or similar relevant qualification.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations related to lifting operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
