We take pride in our products and our people, hiring the most innovative talent to solve the industry's toughest problems and provide our customers with significant advantages in performance and operational efficiency.Role DescriptionAnalyzing the current state of the business, its goals, challenges, and opportunitiesDeveloping and presenting strategic plans and proposals to address the business needs and objectivesConducting high level customer presentationQualify sales leadsHandover the qualified leads to the sales team for follow up and closureCold callingContacting potential customers over the phone or using online toolsLeading and managing the implementation of the proposed solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget complianceMonitoring and evaluating the results and impact of the solutions, providing feedback and recommendations for improvementBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholdersCoaching, mentoring, and motivating the consultant team, ensuring their professional development and performance.QualificationsAnalytical Skills and Team LeadershipExcellent Communication skillsExperience in Lead Generation and Team ManagementStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to collaborate and work effectively in a team environmentExperience in the IoT industry is a plusA bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field5-7 years of experience in business development, consulting, or a similar roleProven track record of delivering successful business solutions and achieving client satisfactionExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of relevant tools, methods, and frameworks for business analysis and developmentB2B sales experience and familiar with the sales process
