The last ingredient we’re missing is you.What You’ll DoAs a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution for a major pillar of our site, app, and business transformation. Specifically, you will:Lead cross-functional initiatives with Design and Engineering to deliver high-impact features that improve member engagement and success.Drive product vision and execution by owning a 3–6 month roadmap, while contributing to longer-term strategy and innovation around transforming WeightWatchers into a holistic weight management platform..Apply strong product sense, advocating for clean, intuitive UX that covers a full spectrum of care and balances member needs with business goals.Use data to drive decisions—define success metrics, run A/B tests, and continuously evaluate performance to ensure we are delivering measurable value to our members and the business.Influence and align stakeholders by proactively communicating plans, progress, and insights across the organization to unlock collective creativity and intelligence.Who You AreMission-aligned: You’re passionate about health, nutrition, behavior change, and/or medicine, and empathize deeply with our members’ journeys.Results-driven: You have a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering measurable results with velocity.
