Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Project Lead with a strong background in marketing and hands-on experience leveraging artificial intelligence to drive campaign performance, efficiency, and innovation. In this role, you will lead and manage multi-channel marketing initiatives, using AI-powered tools and data-driven strategies to amplify brand presence, accelerate customer acquisition, and optimize marketing operations.

As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing end-to-end project delivery — from strategy development to execution — while coordinating with cross-functional teams including content, creative, digital, and data analytics. You’ll play a pivotal role in integrating AI technologies into marketing workflows, whether it’s using AI for content creation, customer segmentation, personalization, predictive analytics, or campaign automation.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments, effectively communicate project timelines and KPIs, and ensure that deliverables align with both marketing objectives and business outcomes. If you're passionate about marketing innovation, deeply curious about AI, and skilled at turning ideas into action, this is the role for you.

This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management acumen, and a solid understanding of the marketing technology landscape. You should be comfortable translating complex business goals into actionable marketing plans and leveraging tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot, or Salesforce Einstein to enhance performance. You’ll also be expected to analyze campaign data, generate insights, and adapt strategies in real-time based on what the data tells you.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing marketing projects or campaigns, with at least 2 years hands-on experience using AI-powered marketing tools or platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional marketing teams from strategy to execution.
  •  Marketing with AI Expertise

AI & Marketing Tools Expertise

  • Strong familiarity with AI-driven marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Einstein, Adobe Sensei, Jasper, ChatGPT, Heygen, Leonardo AI).
  • Experience in using AI for customer segmentation, personalization, lead scoring, content generation, and campaign automation.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization with AI insights.
  • Experience leveraging generative AI for content marketing, email marketing, or ad copy creation.

Project Management Skills

  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple marketing initiatives with competing deadlines.
  • Skilled in coordinating between creative, content, digital, and analytics teams.
  • Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Odoo).
  • Strong understanding of campaign KPIs and how AI tools can enhance tracking and reporting.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

  • Able to translate business goals into data-driven marketing strategies powered by AI.
  • Comfortable interpreting data insights and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping, marketing funnels, and conversion rate optimization.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience – able to present ideas and performance reports clearly to senior leadership.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or AI in marketing (e.g., Google AI for Marketing, Coursera, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with creative teams on generative AI campaigns (e.g., image or video generation).
  • Background in B2B or B2C marketing in tech-forward or digital-first organizations.
