Job Description
- Manage and maintain servers, network infrastructure, data centers, and cloud environments.
Set up and configure IT systems at both new and existing sites (offices, facilities, etc.).
- Ensure system reliability, implement backup solutions, and oversee disaster recovery planning.
- Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Enforce and implement IT security policies, including firewalls, access control, and antivirus measures.
- Assess and recommend hardware/software solutions; manage vendor negotiations and procurement.
- Develop, update, and maintain IT-related documentation, policies, and operational procedures.
- Provide timely technical support and training for employees as needed.
- Lead and execute IT-related projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
- Hands-on administration and management of cloud services and Microsoft 365 (O365) is essential.
- Experience in implementing online SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate is a plus.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in IT systems administration or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms and Microsoft 365 (O365) administration.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, system security, and server management.
- Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate (preferred).
- Proven ability to lead IT projects and deliver technical solutions on time.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide support to non-technical users.
