We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Coordinator to oversee the deployment, enhancement, and support of SAP applications within the organization. This role serves as the primary interface between SAP end-users across various departments and the SAP consultants’ team responsible for technical support and implementation.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP environments and Manufacturing entity, the ability to bridge business needs with system capabilities. They will be responsible for understanding user requirements, recommending optimal solutions, coordinating implementation, and ensuring effective delivery. The role also involves follow-up on SAP-related infrastructure, ensuring backup validity, maintaining data integrity and managing users' authorizations. The Senior SAP Coordinator plays a vital role in optimizing SAP systems to enhance overall business performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main communication and coordination point between SAP users and the SAP consultant/development team.
• Collaborate with key business users to gather SAP requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Manage, distribute, and follow up on SAP consultants’ and developers’ tasks to ensure timely execution.
• Oversee the implementation of new SAP modules, cycles, and enhancement requests.
• Lead regular status meetings to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment with business goals.
• Drive ongoing system improvements by proposing new features and process optimizations.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of master data inputs across all departments.
• Monitor the performance of SAP systems in coordination with the SAP Basis Consultant.
• Oversee infrastructure activities, including backup operations, and conduct periodic backup restoration tests according to the company's backup policy.
• Coordinate SAP integration with third-party systems and ensure smooth operation.
• Assist in the implementation of new digital projects outside SAP when required.
• Support the design and generation of SAP reports based on business needs.
• Develop and deliver SAP training to key users and ensure proper system adoption.
• Ensure all SAP-related activities align with company policies, security standards, and business priorities.
